Because I truly believe they've gone up Mike and that is really simple. Hey Mike. Who's the greatest? The very best thing that happens to all of his brothers and sisters is that when we are one with each other. I always believe the Holy Spirit, rubs the anointing upon each other through each other.
So whatever you do, don't ever miss these meetings with Mike and put together because it just helps us to grow. I have grown so much knowing I can Rachel in the last two and I have three years.

This call, you are called to be effective in your day-to-day life. So, I'm going to share my experiences.

I have learned personally in the last 20 years, just did my sudden.
And hopefully you can get some help our profile.
This is my family.
This is some of my last Christmas.
This is, uh, Of we met at our oldest son's house is holding the little baby.
So, that's myself to the left, or to your right.
My lovely wife's Marina, I've been married to her for 35 years.
And that's our daughter-in-law Tammy with our All this grandson Milo.

Our youngest son, Joshua, who just got married last July to his beautiful wife, Julia. We're trying to be a second.
Both of our stunts have gone through school of ministry.
And they got they found their wives, a true School of Ministry. And our older son was the finance director about two years ago for about five years with passed by Toronto.
When he wanted to follow his passion. To really help and rescue women who are in human trafficking. Oh, until that's okay. So, he joined an organization called. I j m as a sphere in Canada.
Our executive hours, our youngest son is now the executive assistant to Marie and Ash Smith encampus. Downstairs. And
It is for your Bible College here in Toronto. And so, stay economy. So, putting your prayers, we're going to really think of us.
Okay, let's move on. You know, for the past 10 years I've or I should say for the past three years, I have been really seeking the Lord. How do we effective in what I do?
How to align myself in the will of God in the planet of God. I mean,
You know, we've been pastorinks of the last 15 years, a couple of So, the first 10 years, I was only looking for success.
Success in the ministry.
Success in my own personal life. But none of that worked.
And I remember that I was crying out to the Holy Spirit. I said why in Holy Spirit? That why is that? I'm not being affected? Why is that? I'm not seeing myself really? Bringing the gospel to this community that you're given me.
And as a Christian, I was comparing myself to another Christian
To other pastors.
Brother leaders. And I was like, trying to say, why can I not can't? Why can I be like then?
And is September 21st 2021. Changing that it's called. Just when we were finishing covid until the opportunity, The Holy Spirit spoke to me. So clearly
Austin speaks to me through scriptures.
He said turn to First Corinthian chapter 16 verse 9.
And he said, effectiveness is not in the size of the church, but in the power of the church,
And that's what I begin to learn that I have learned to align myself with people who are effective in the kingdom of God.
It to also think other important. And I began to read the the Church of Ephesus. You know, all just anointed 12 people at the Revival broke up. And that was really hard.
It's like, I'm looking for a big church for a big crowd all in a, what can I show you? But I began to learn that the Holy Spirit became to teach me that if you begin to operate in the power and the anointing of the church and you will be effective, not looking up to a sight of a church but in the Holy Spirit, spirit anointed church. So
And so I began to learn more and more about how to really operate in the anointing.
As soon as.
Here's some other more life lessons that helped me most.
You know, I began to listen to John, honor to founding pastor said, Because at back, then he was earlier and I wanted to see you what the leader's heart was.
This, I began to align with his teachings.
My brother and sister, I want to hear this really well. I've had Benny Hindley hands on my head.
I've watched a lot of YouTube teachings. Stop. But who do I align with, for me to be effective in the kingdom of God? You know, coming to you.
And I began to learn that. Why do I have to go looking around when I have an anointed leader already in a moment? Who's leading under the enjoying of the Holy Spirit? I would encourage you to listen to his teaching called ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit. He began to explain that in Luke 7. The Centurion knew authority Works.
It began to explain to us that the Centurion were 100 people under him. Understood how to operate in the morning.
He understood that this man called Jesus had such spiritual authority, that he can raise somebody from the dead.
So he made this profound statement. Jesus don't have to come to my house, just beat the world and my servant will be healed.
And that's soap was something that gripped my heart.
I want to be anointed.
I want to be affected.
I want to be the right. Perfect place in the will of God, I mean,
So Lord, I will align with people who are exactly, you have put them in my life and I want to see that my best friend is both through them. So stay with us.

But then, if you look at the Sun Solomon, who was the wealthiest man the smartest man of his time? He failed as a preacher. He failed as a king.
Because he had no advisors or maybe he never chose to find any advisors of his time.
And if you particularly read First Kings, chapter 11, verse 12,
You will find that the Lord is basically. Rebuking Solomon.
And this is what he says.
I am going to take away the kingdom from your son but not from you.
Because your father, David was submitted to me and to my lead, and to my prophets, And if you read it very carefully and you look through the scriptures, So, it's

I want to tell you a cool story about with Michael and Rachel.
The Lord had spoken to me many years ago about starting academic school for On the private children in India. Uh, Cinema insurance. Sonic on some Gekko. Cuz growing up in India, I've seen a lot of poverty and I've seen a lot of children who are pretty much sleeping on the streams. So the Holy Spirit began to align me with Mike and Rachel. Not knowing that they would be the leaders over me. Such this, I'm not.
Not knowing that they've been leading an academic school in Japan for the last 20 years.
So when I shared my heart with them about the school that I would like to start, They said we've been leading a school for the last 20 years we can help you.
You see, that's how God works. When? And I begin to align with people that God puts in your life that God has given you even though maybe uncomfortable even though you may feel like I'm too old for somebody to be Um, someone who's too younger than me. Becoming effective Christian is what God has called us to do. You see the aligning of the Holy Spirit will not. Move over your life in my life and hear me well on this
Well, what what? Saw that. If we do not learn to align ourselves with the people that God puts in our life, The number one thing that happens in our life that robs us of our Destiny is pride. I wasted 10 long years trying to find myself to be effective. It's okay.
Guess the fire was prospering.
The churches were growing. The leaders were growing. But I found myself stuck and not able to move forward.
When I began to learn. If I don't recognize this now, I could be in the back of the line. The cocoa NESO.
And I began to learn the next person. Online is Duncan and Kate Smith. 25 years ago, he hired me as their resource director. Resources directors. I will he was our executive director.
And they were also leading the youth movement. So, it's used in. And we were under them looking after the Junior High at Castle by Toronto.
But God knew
And today, there are leaders. So it's the Imad movement. We Learn to submit to an RTF leader.
Demos. RTF means restoring the foundation. Out at the file. Don't I know, okay. Where we share our hearts. We share our pain. We share our doubts, we share our fears. Of us very recently. This RTF leaders sent me an email and said, how are you?
And I basically shared my pain.
Because I can trust my heart with this person. That's not a Cornerstone.
And of course, John and Carol on and who are a founding pastors
They were the one who led us to the Lord over 27 years ago.
So the point I'm trying to make friends is that when we learn to align with the people that God puts in your life, and my life, you begin to operate in the anointing like never before. I'm just wrapping it up.
The question I want to ask you this morning or this evening or afternoon. Are you effective in this season?
Is your personal life effective.
Do you see the favor of the Lord resting upon you?
Do you see the favor of people upon you?
Do you see new opportunities coming your way?
Do you see an increase of anointing in your life?
Do you see clarity in things that God wants you to do in life? Absolutely God is beginning to do that in my life lately.
To quick stories.
Very recently in our local church.
I had prayed for one particular lady, who was suffering from Celiac disease, which is disease of the intestine. She's been suffering if I'm correct for over seven years. And I normally love to pray for people who are always asking for particularly for sickness
Still that sometimes. And this person came back to was just about two weeks ago and said she went to the doctor and they did a whole lot of tests and they did not find the disease within her.
Excites me.
One, one more other story. Recently, I got a call from Kate Smith.
There was a pastor from India, who was so interested to connect with us and he has about 100 churches under him. And we're just about to get ready to go into a school with them for their leaders.
Plus, I'm beginning to feel finally that when I learned to align with the leaders that is above me. The effectiveness in my life increases by the hour by the day. What I began to learn is that humility. Will move me into the perfect will of God.
Submitting to my leaders will allow me to grow in the anointing.
So, I want to take a moment in just minister to you now.
I just want to help you see that what are some of the effectiveness blockers? Some of the things that I've learned was my ungodly belief.
Right. So you since And because what I believe, I act accordingly. So those sins that amen. My past failures and my disappointments. If that's ingrained in my head.
Then if I have leaders who are much younger than me or who, Just join classified in the last few years, I would struggle in my heart to submit to them.
A cat stuff. And
So, I had to learn to say, God, I'm ready to go. Wherever you want me to go whatever you want me to do. And when you say those words, God puts people above you and you want you to get some Ministry in like that. So, stay what I said.
Your past varians and your past disappointments will be your blockers. If you do not let it go.
And this last one is inner valves. What happened is that we make an inhab saying like I will never let somebody else do this to me again. My past bad experiences makes me to make a statement and we give access to my willpower to say, you know what, I'm not going to let anybody lead me that way.
So, can I ask you to put your hand on your heart right now? Listen to Maybe. Close your eyes for a minute. So, stay on me. Ask the Holy Spirit.
So I say haceresa money. What was the last time that you had some failures or disappointments in your life? Jesus, that's how you go.
And ask the Holy Spirit to identify that person who probably was. Involved who triggered those past failures and disappointments first seasonal.
Number one, you release them from your heart. You forgive them. You learn to save. Holy Spirit. I forgive this person.
I blessed this person, so stay. This person doesn't owe me anything. Number two. If you can ask the Holy Spirit. Corazades, how many quote? Have you ever made a inner valve like the statement? Which has affecting you today. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you if you ever made a statement like
I'm never going to submit to anybody. I'm never going to listen to anyone. I'm gonna only listen to God. If you made that statement repent right now, So, you're gonna start
Say holy Spirit, I'm sorry.
I, I love my will-power to make such a statement. I repent of my sin. First, John 19 says, if we confess us in his faithful and just to forgive us,
Coming some Which you confess your sin in your heart and say, Lord, I am sorry.
Would you cleanse me from my sin?
And holy Spirit, I ask you now. I want to be effective to this here.
And I give you permission this year. To bring me in alignment.
Uh, To the people that you have put in my life.
Because I want to be anointed.
The favor of the Lord of my life. You got others? I want new opportunities come my way.
I want Clarity. And I believe by the finished work of the Cross.
I would never step into. The past disappointments. What I said, It's done. It's over.
In Jesus name. Yes. I'm actually going to ask Mike and Rachel to bless us today.

Increase. We just pray an increase over each one of us. For an increase of favor. We pray for an increase of new opportunities. We pray for an increase in anointing for healing.

For just an increase in your anointing that flows down even through through the leaders of this movement. Well, the movement,
Would you increase that flow? Would be so much more effective where in every place that you have placed us all around, Asia. That's good. The God is going to flow into every one of our nations, but that's
And you're going to use it mightily and Powerful powerful.
Out of this together. As family United together. Working together on the same mission.
It and Father, I declare that 2024 is going to be a year of increased length we've never seen before.
Lord is. Partners and family throughout Asia as we have aligned together.
The anointing will flow from India all the way to the east in Japan.
The father that we will see increase in every place that we are placed, but instead it's been a slog for, for many of us.
I, 2024 wars a year, that things begin to flow easily.
Lord, I love that bit. That that uh, Fosten said about effectiveness is not the size of the church, but in the power of the church, Your first thing. The way messed up and I pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to increase on each one of us right now in this on the screen like never before. The fire of God will fall in each person right now like never before.
And I declare, the 2024 is going to be your sign a year of signs wonders and Miracles.
Going to be a year of breakthrough.
Year of ease as well.
This and as we allow ourselves with you father, Going to give us keys into the areas that you put us.
New ideas, your Us and not an idea that is it and Lord I declare that the kingdom will come in Asia.

And you can trust him. You trust him with the people that he's put in your life. You will never be perfect.
